Talent Management
This structured course is designed to enhance participants’ skills in identifying talent, recognizing potential talent gaps, managing vacant positions, sourcing and onboarding the right candidates, and fostering their growth and skill development within the organization. This approach highlights the comprehensive nature of talent management, covering all aspects of human resources to support the organization in achieving its objectives.
Leadership Academy
This structured course is designed to help you understand, recognize, and nurture authentic leadership qualities in yourself and others. This structured course is designed to enhance participants’ entrepreneurial skills, which cover a wide array of abilities, including technical expertise, leadership, business management, and creative thinking. Given the diverse responsibilities entrepreneurs often assume, they build a broad skill set to support the growth and development of their businesses and brands.
Literacies Development
This structured course aims to strengthen participants’ overall literacy skills, focusing on financial literacy, digital literacy, awareness of fake news and hoaxes, critical thinking, and ecological literacy. These skills are considered essential for personal development in the modern world.
Trainings will take place from 9.00am till 5.00pm and will be complemented by additional cultural activities in Bratislava.
